After too many years in big corporations, Morris decided to get up from his desk and get behind a bar doing what he’s loved to do and done on the side for many years -- craft amazing cocktails and experiences that make people happy. Fortunately, all that time as the head of human resources (not at all like Toby from the Office) taught Morris two great things that he parlays into Craft Cocktail Co.:

1. Make people feel excited and engaged as soon as they walk through the door.

2. If you don’t do a good job of the behind-the-scene operations, people won’t have a great experience.

Once he decided to make the big leap, Morris called his good friend Brian who has worked professionally for breweries and as a mixologist in bars his entire career.
